The Broadmoor West HOA Board has closed the period for receipt of written authorizations to modify the protective covenants. The results of the voting are as follows:
Section One - a total of 51 of 74 written authorizations were received with a majority of homeowners approving all five (5) of the amended Protective Covenants
Section Two A - a total of 25 of 42 written authorizations were received with a majority of homeowners approving the amendments to Articles XI Swimming Pools, Article VII Animals, and Article XVIII Enforcement
Section Two B - a total of 54 of 104 written authorizations were received however none of the proposed amendments received a majority (53) of affirmative votes required, therefore the Section 2B Protective Covenants will remain as last amended on August 25, 2014.
The HOA Board will be coordinating with Hewett Law Group, P.A. for preparation and recordation of the amendments. Until such time the amendments are recorded, the existing protective covenants shall remain in effect. We will notify homeowners via the HOA website when the amendments have been recorded.

Hired electrical contractor to complete installation of entrance sign and flagpole lighting
Developed Draft Amendment to Covenants in response to members’ comments for consideration by the Members and Mid-Year Meeting
Prepared guidelines to assist homeowners with compliance with Covenants and Architectural Standard
